Not much has happened with my 1967 MGB GT restoration the past few months due to being away in lovely San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico.
Now that I’m home the weather is finally getting better with the odd warm and dry day but I think it will be at least a few more weeks until I can get down to my barn and start serious work on the MG. In the meantime, I tiled the floor of my storage area and spent some time organizing the various pieces that are stored in mt basement.
There are a number of items that still need painting and I expect I’ll discover a few more MG parts that need to be purchased but I’m beginning to think that having my car back on the road is not that far away.
All that’s required is a little time and some good weather. Hopefully I’ll be driving the MG this summer and my goal is to have the car sorted in time to drive down to Portland for the Historic Car Races and the Indycar race in early September.
