1967 MGB GT service at 48,000 miles

2537

My fathers MGB GT went to Peter Satori on November 8, 1976 at 47,995 miles for a relatively expensive service. A typical minor tune up was performed and the brakes were checked. It appears as if the rear wheel brake cylinders may have been refurbished as 4 hours of labor was charged for this… at $16.00 per hour! The front wheel bearing were repacked as well for $32.00. Overall the cost came to $244.37, the most expensive service yet. Still not bad for what is now a 9 year old MG.
