Colourful shocks for the Lotus

When I painted the front shocks on my MGB GT I went crazy and painted them black. That’s very boring but once they were installed I wasn’t going to remove them again and paint them some exciting colour. At least I painted the springs maroon so there’s a little colour on the front suspension.

I decided to not make the conservative colour choice mistake again so after picking up some new NOS Koni shocks for my Lotus that are orange I painted the springs yellow. They should look great when I install them later today and they’re certainly not boring. Hopefully I didn’t go too far this time with my colour choices.
