Lots of Minis racing at Portland International Raceway

The Portland Historic Races and ABFM held in September didn’t happen this year due to Covid. It’s a real shame as the MGB was the featured car and there was going to be an MGB race or two. Last year the ABFM featured the Mini celebrating 60 years of driving pleasure. Mini racing legend Paddy Hopkirk was in attendance and I was fortunate to have a wonderful discussion with him where he filled me in on why he never raced for Lotus. I’ll write that up later. In the meantime, let’s celebrate the crazy Mini doing what it does best.
