There are lots of MG collectibles out in the world but this is one of the most unique that I’ve seen for sale recently. Check it out, a Roberts Portable Valve Radio from the 1940’s.
What makes this piece totally cool is the MG logo on the grill, likely been used as a promotional piece or in a sales room? Of course, it could also be a later addition but either way it’s very cool.
Do you need it? You better hurry up as it’s available on Ebay, unfortunately for close to $600. Could be a good investment? At least you’ll be the only MG owner in your neighborhood with such an awesome radio.
