MG MGB GT 24,000 mile service

The MGB GT went in for its 24,000 mile service on October 13, 1971. The only note of interest at this time was to check the smog device. I’m not sure if this would have been a California requirement at the time. The typical oil change and lube was done. The total for parts and labor was $10.70, pretty cheap!

I keep thinking as I work my way through these invoices that this MG has been very reasonable cost to operate up to this point with really no major issues, just the usual British car small issues of the day.
