MGB GT restoration parts list

UPDATE December 2017.

Here it is in late 2017 and amazingly I’m still buying parts for my MGB GT. Parts purchasing is slowing down, primarily small gaskets and the odd bolts now.

Eventually I’ll document the parts inventory but what I do know is that I’ve spent about $4,000 at this point. Is it worth it? I’m certainly going to have a very nice 1967 MGB GT when I’m finished. It will definitely be worth more than $4,000 if I sell it and the main item, I’m having fun.

I expect I’ll be requiring parts for a long time, both to bring the MGB BT back to life and to make the old car safer for more enjoyable cruising.
