When my MGB GT was repainted a number of years ago for some reason the dings and bad paint on the front valance wasn’t done. Seems kind of odd although I imagine that the cost of bodywork would be more than just replacing the panel.
I’m hoping to get some paint mixed for minor spot repainting in the spring and this might be a good opportunity to replace the valance and make the front look good again. I love the more aggressive look of some of the replacement MGB Sebring valances although in most cases cars converted to these don’t have front bumpers. I’m not sure if this is a good idea although I’ve never rear ended anyone yet. There are some nice spoilers available as well, could be an idea. Something to think about this winter..
