Moving MG’s from Abington Station to the docks at Southhampton by train

After MG’s were made in the factory in Abington they were loaded on trains to be taken to the dock for shipping. This first photo shows a large selection of MG MGB GT’s at Abington Station in the mid 1960’s.

Here’s another very cool photo of MG roadsters on a train heading into the docks at Southampton. These are likely being shipped to the US, sometime in the mid 70’s.
