I’m hoping to have the 1967 MG MGB GT back in my barn in the next few weeks before my property becomes a muddy mess after the rains hit. After having the car on my neighbours lift and seeing how gooey decades worth of mud and oil can be I’ve decided to clean off as much built up road junk as I can before the winter hits, perhaps even get some undercoating in the fender wells. Lots of cleaner and a pressure washer and the front suspension is almost recognizable again. The bad? The steering rack boots are split and the suspension bushings look even worse when they are clean.
