Many cars in late 1974 including the MGB had “Sabrina” bumpers installed to conform to North American government regulations. Fortunately ugly rubber bumpers became the norm soon after and these added on blocks of rubber were history. Why were they called Sabrinas? It’s very evident when we view these images.
